"ORD lo!!!"

Can finally shout out this phrase with all the others before me, as i finally enter the final chapter of one's army life (read: clearing leave). Yes, the day we all have dreamt for so long, the mark on my calender that gave my courage to move on when facing loads and loads of "sai kang" has finally arrived.

A new page of my life has begun, a page where i'm no longer afraid of having to face my CSM if i sign out of the column. Looking back, i really thank Singapore for forcing my to serve, because it's has certainly made me a better man. Guang Jenq is no longer the immature (but handsome) guy with a macdonald hairstyle, whose only aim in life is succeeding Michael Schumacher, and forever telling stupid jokes. He's a changed man now, all thanks to the army.

So as i resume my life as a student, i'll always remember the good old days. From the "breakfast! breakfast!" calls every morning to the days spent complaining just about everything under the sun at the AASK hideout, to the nights where we fell asleep at the back of the rover under a blanket of stars, with "ironman to cantona... cantona cantona ironman" in the background and to the months spent having heart-to-heart talks, with different hearts in different parts of the world.

"Strike swiftly, vigil always". Opfor will always remain in my heart. Always.
